easy dinner ideas

I need some quick and easy…but good tasting dinner ideas for a family of 4.

I have a pot-luck get together in a few days.
I need a really simple (easy) mexican recipe that people will rave about.
It would be best if it was something that didnt have to be kept in a *heated* crock pot or on a burner at all times.
It can be a Orderve,Appitizer or Main Dish.
Please only give recipes you have made, or eaten. And If you know how many people it serves would be helpful.

Im open to any suggestions! Crock pot, casseroles, anything as long as its simple and inexpensive! Thanks

Hi! My name is Autumn. My kids are having a Cinco de Mayo fiesta party at preschool so I need some very simple recipes to make that honestly take about 5-10 miutes to make….
My mom said something about taking tortilla chips and putting cinnamon on them with hershey’s syrup but I think that sounds a little gross…lol.

Please help! We need something super quick and easy to make because I don’t have a lot of time on my hands…i’m a busy mom of 3! lol

My husband and I are newlyweds, trying to stay healthy. We both work full time jobs, so it’s hard to plan ahead or make meals that take alot of prep and cook time.
So basically, I’m looking for quick & easy dinners that are healthy or low in calories/fat.
